ARE FOR RUN CLUB & 10 ROUND
FREE to anyone. Meet us at a local park or school and join us as we run anywhere from 2-4 miles. Any running ability is welcome! Come and explore our amazing city while also getting fit!
Our 10 round workout follows and pairs greatly with our run club on Saturdays. We do a quick warm up, and then get into our 10 rounds of "something". This class is only 30 minutes so it's a lot of action in a short amount of time!
