Run Club

Run club meets at local parks and sometimes at our gym location for a 2-3 mile run. All abilities are welcome, and this is a FREE to anyone class.


10 Round

9am

10 Round Saturday is a 1 dumb bell, 1 mat needed class that pairs well with our run club. This class takes place wherever run club is meeting for the week. This class is a 30 minute workout.
